Seeing the before and after is what makes it all worth while. Even this set that was all laminate can be painted and made to look new again. The trick to painting over laminate is using a shellac based primer called Block It!. This is a product put out by Vintage Market & Design®. It can be applied with a sponge brush, Dries in about 15 min. If needed can be sanded with 400 grit and is as smooths as a babies but. No Lie! This set was so yellowed from age. The fresh coat of Cotton & Robins Egg brought it back to life and is now in a new home.
